In case you have to cancel your reservation, please find hereafther the cancellation policy, which will be applied to all confirmed reservations, unless stated diferently.
- From the confirmation of booking onward: 10% of the total stay;
- Less than 2 weeks before day of arrival: 30% of the total stay;
- Reservations cancelled 48 hours before day of arrival: 60% of the total stay, with a minimumm amount of 1 night;
- No-show or curtailment of the stay will result in 100% of the total stay being withheld.
Please note that when you reserve the 'Guaranteed Lowest Rate' that this is a non-refundable rate (= cannot be cancelled nor modified).
